DivX HEVC Community Encoder 1.5

This tool will allow you to encode HEVC streams that are within the DivX HEVC profile. The DivX HEVC encoder is a command line tool that is capable of creating HEVC bitstreams. After encoding, you can mux video using MKVToolnix patched for HEVC or use the most recent version of MKVToolnix HEVC, and play the resulting container files back on your computer using a DivX 10 player.
